Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be confirmed via the confirmation SMS/reminders atleast 24 hours in advance prior to appointment to maintain your booking.
Cancellations received with less than 24 hour notice will incur a fee of 20% of the scheduled service(s) amount.
No show appointments will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s) amount.
A credit card must be placed on record for all new appointment booking. Charges will not be processed on this card unless directed by the client, OR any of the following conditions apply.
Multiple cancellations or NCNS (No Call No Show) appointments will result in required prepayment in full in advance to book further appointments.
Emergencies and unavoidable situations do occur. Exceptions to the above will be considered on a case by case basis.
